Egyptian dairy & foodstuff co. Our success story begins in Egypt in 1999. Since that time, the company has produced a variety of dairy products, juices, beverages and foodstuff products, and it’s considered as one of the pioneer entities within the Egyptian market in this field.
Our Success didn’t stop at the Egyptian market but we are widely exporting to China, Iraq, Yemen, Oman, Mali, Mauritania, Gabon , USA, Libya , England , Belgium , Palestine , Mauritius, France , Australia , Congo , Congo , Sudan , Zambia , Madagascar , Kenya , Greece , Canada and Jordon .
Our History
Founded in 1999 in Egypt’s 10th of Ramadan City, Edafco (Egyptian Dairy & Foodstuff Company) began with a bold vision: to deliver high-quality dairy, juice, and foodstuff products to local consumers. Under the umbrella of Danah Al Safat, Edafco quickly became a leader in Egypt’s food and beverage sector, earning a reputation for quality, value, and customer satisfaction.
Leveraging modern production techniques across seven state-of-the-art facilities, the company grew from serving the domestic market to exporting its brands—like Viva, Milkyland, and Shahia—across Africa, the Middle East, Europe, North America, and Australia.
Over the past two decades, Edafco has upheld rigorous standards—earning ISO 22000, ISO 18001, and HACCP certifications—and has continuously invested in its workforce and quality systems, reinforcing its mission to deliver safe, nutritious, and affordable products worldwide
Mr. Ahmed Abouzeid
Graduated from fucalty of business adminstration, as he immediately after graduating from the university, he worked in the banking field, so he joined one of the largest private investment banks in Egypt and the Middle East, which is the Commercial International Bank "Egypt".
During his career with the Commercial International Bank, which exceeded more than nine years, he obtained the credit course program for the Commercial International Bank, which is one of the most important training programs in this field, which produced over many years the most financial and banking leaders in the financial and banking sector in Egypt and the Arabian Gulf.
After that Mr. Ahmed joined Mohamed Abdulmohsin Al Kharafi & Sons- Al Kharafi Group - Kuwait as Deputy Director General for Finance & Banking Affairs and at Al Safat Investment Group Kuwait in 2015 & was Chairman’s Advisor for Business Development & now he is the Chief Executive Officer.
In 2014 he joined the leading Egyptian leasing company’s “Corplease” as Chief Credit Officer also is serving as Chairman of the Board at The Egyptian Company for Dairy & Food products Egypt & Chairman of The Roots Stock Brokerage House, and Board Member in Senergy Holding- a listed oil company in the Kuwait stock exchange.
Also he was Member of the Board at Emak Financial Leasing Egypt and of the Kuwait Medical Center.
Mr. Khaled
Graduated from the Faculty of Engineering in Kuwait, and during his professional career, which lasted more than 20 years, he managed many companies working in the fields of manufacturing, information and communications technology, and electronic software development in both Egypt and Kuwait.
Mr. Khaled first joined Metal Industries Co. Kuwait as Production Engineer then joined Future Communications Co. Kuwait as RF Planning & Optimization Engineer.
Then He Joined Envision Tech Wll Kuwait as Chief Executive Officer.
Mr. Khaled joined Senergy Holding Co KSC Kuwait as Acting Chief Executive Officer & Executive Vice President of Corporate Development & joined Senergy Services Co. Kuwait as Chairman of the Board from
He joined Edafco in Egypt as Board Director & at Eastern National Oilfield Solutions Co., Kuwait as Chairman of the Board.
He is now a Board Director at The Roots Brokerage House Egypt, Founding Board Member at Reach Directory Ltd & Teeela International Kuwait and as a Co-Founder & CEO at Ackoo Ltd. Kuwait.
